Kim Sharma

Another model turned actress of the Bollywood bandwagon is Kim Sharma. Kim was born on 21st January in 1980 and started her career as a model. She is the brand ambassador of the product ‘Olay’ in India. Kim made her debut in the year 2000 in films. Earlier she has appeared in many music videos, the most famous are one by the singer from Pakistan, Ali Haider in the song ‘purani jeans’ and by the noted singer Lata Mangeshkar in the song ‘paayoji’.

The film in which she debuted was ‘Mohabattien’, it was produced by the Yash Raj and was directed by the renowned director Aditya Chopra. This film also marked the debut for five other newcomers, one of them was Uday Chopra, who was the younger brother of Aditya Chopra and Shamita Patel who is the younger sister of the popular actress Shilpa Shetty. Kim was paired opposite Jugal Hansraj.

Other the six newcomers, the film had Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in a guess appearance. The film was huge hit of Bollywood and of Kim’s career. Her eight years in the industry has not proved to be that favorable and though she has starred in a number of movies, ‘Mohabbatein’ has remained her solo hit. Kim has also appeared in many commercials like Sunsilk, Pepsi, Tata Safari, Ponds, Fair & Lovely, Clean-n-Clear and Liril. Kim is very much a fitness freak and tries to follow a healthy diet.

For Kim, it's party time again

She was always a bindaas party animal, but ever since her split with Yuvraj Singh, lovely Kim Sharma is single and is ready to mingle in the party circuit again. And her new mantra in life these days is to work hard and party harder.

Of late, she is spotted at all the happening places in town. Can’t say, if she is happy to be single or is trying to look happy. However, the way she is partying, looks like Kim is back in her element and is glad to be single again.
